The Morritts project began with redesigning the entire condo in order to provide more function and a feeling of openness to the existing space. This included new kitchen and bathroom layouts, additional closets and storage areas, as well as configuring the furniture plan to create ease of flow, comfort and functionality, and a new lighting plan. Once the designs were finalized, our team selected all the finish materials, fixtures and appliances, including the wood grain floor tile that runs throughout the space. The furniture was ordered during this second phase and was installed and styled upon project completion. We were able to bring the space together with some finishing touches, including eye catching chandeliers, enlarged sea specimen artwork as well as bright pillows and cushions on the upholstery. The new home now has a contemporary beach chic feeling, designed to be functional, as well as attractive.
